NEET Application Form - The National Testing Agency (NTA) may release the NEET application form around December. The registrations for NEET will happen only in the online mode at ntaneet.nic.in.
The NEET 2024 is likely to be arranged on 1st Sunday of May month.

NTA will release the application form of NEET in online mode soon on its official website. Candidates have to fill and submit the application on or before the last date. During the NEET 2024 registration process, candidates have to upload scanned images of their photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and the passing certificate of class 10 or equivalent. So keep all required documents ready while filling the application form of NEET.
NEET application form can be filled in four easy steps as given below.
1st Step - Registration: Candidates must first register for NEET by entering the following details
NOTE: Details should match the ones given in the Secondary School Examination or equivalent Board/ University Certificate. After submission of the above details, a provisional NEET application number is generated along with the password for login purposes.
2nd Step - Filling NEET Application Form: Candidates must log in and fill the following-
3rd Step - Upload Documents: Candidates must upload the scanned images includes Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression, and Class 10 Certificate along with the application of NEET as specified below. Know the NEET photo requirements before you upload to avoid rejection by the system.

5th Step - Take a printout of the confirmation page: Use the print option to download the confirmation page and save it for future reference.
Note:Same Passport size and Post Card size photographs are to be used for uploading with Online Application Form and for pasting on Attendance Sheet at the Examination Centre / Counselling / Admission. Candidates are reminded to keep 6 to 8 passport size and 4 to 6 Post Card size (4”X6”) color photographs with white background

In case candidates make any mistakes in their NEET application form 2021, they can correct the same. The NEET correction window will be available for a certain time period. Candidates can able to log in to NEET 2021 correction window by entering their NEET application number and password in order to make the necessary changes.
Candidates can make changes in details such as mother’s name, father’s name, gender, category, a person with a disability, state code of eligibility, and nationality. Candidates can also edit their details such as details, photograph, signature, and exam cities.
NOTE: Mistakes in all fields can be corrected. No request for further corrections will be entertained once this NEET correction window is closed.

An aspirant who applies for the exam has to meet the eligibility criteria of NEET which specifies the academic qualifications, age limit, pass percentage, nationality etc. that are mandatory to appear for the exam. The NEET eligibility criteria are based on regulations of the Graduate Medical Education 1997 Act. Candidates must meet the NEET 2024 eligibility criteria as given failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
It should be noted that merely fulfilling the eligibility criteria of NEET is not sufficient for admissions. NEET 2024 admission criteria and the cutoff for MBBS, BDS, and other medical courses will be separate for All India and state counselling.
