MHT CET 2024 - MHT CET for B. Tech admissions in Maharashtra engineering colleges Except for NIT & IIT, will be conducted online as a computer-based test. State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will conduct MHT CET 2024 tentatively in the second week of May/ June. The official MHT CET syllabus 2024 has been released. Registrations for MHT CET 2024 will commence tentatively from January 2024. The application form of MHT CET 2024 will be available only in online mode only. Before filling out the application form, the candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria of MHT CET 2024. Registered candidates will be able to download the MHT CET 2024 admit card tentatively in the Last first week of April. MHT CET Result is normally declared within 30 days of the Exams and The Counselling Process for Admission to Various engineering colleges in Maharashtra starts after one month of the result declaration.
Qualified candidates will be able to proceed to the counselling process where allotment will be done on the basis of MHT CET scores. A State merit List becomes the base for college Selection. The counselling process normally goes in 3 to4 Rounds. JEE Main qualified candidates will also be eligible for All India seats.

The authorities will release the official mock test of MHT CET 2024 in online mode. No login credentials will be required to access the mock test so it will be available for any interested individual. Since the mock test will replicate the entrance examination, the candidates are advised to practice solving it to be familiar with the pattern of questions. The mock test can also be used for time management since it will come to an end as soon as the designated time is over.

Candidates may note that the mock test for MHT CET 2024 is designed pretty similar with that of the final exam. The main intention is to let candidates experience the online exam before they actually appear in the final MHT CET exam.

MHT CET Syllabus 2024

The authorities will release the official syllabus of MHT CET 2024 along with the official information brochure. Subjects and topics which the candidates will have to study for the upcoming entrance examination will be listed out in the syllabus. According to the previous year Exam, the syllabus was 80% based on the 12th standard syllabus of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and 20% on 11th standard syllabus.
